When you can order it
Once unlocked, this product can be ordered from the stock ordering system. The license fee unlocks the product; the stock you order is paid for separately.

How you buy it
Each row is a way to order the same product. A larger box can unlock at a later shop level, which is why one product can appear at more than one level.
