TCG Card Shop Simulator Worker Comparison
Tell the tool what your shop needs help with and it lists the workers that fit: unlock level, both costs and their starting abilities, with the trade-off each one makes. It compares facts; it does not pick a winner.
Updated for Version 1.0
Compare selected workers
Put two to four workers side by side on the verified fields. The table marks the higher starting tier in a row; it never declares a winner.

How worker comparison works
The tool compares the verified starting data of the workers your filters allow. It is a shortlist and a trade-off summary, not a tier list.
Facts, not a score
Unlock level, hiring fee, daily wage and the two starting ability bands are the only fields compared. There is no 87/100 score, because training, task assignment and shop layout change what a worker is actually worth.
A tie stays a tie
When two workers share a starting band, the tool says so instead of inventing a difference. That is a useful answer, not an empty one.
Availability is not hiring
A worker whose level requirement is met is available at your level. The hiring fee, the daily wage and the shop level are different numbers, and the tool never claims you already hired anyone.
What the comparison uses
Five verified fields. Everything else is left out until the data supports it.
- Unlock level
- The shop level that makes the worker available.
- Hiring fee
- Paid once, when the worker is hired.
- Daily wage
- Paid for every in-game day the worker stays hired.
- Starting checkout
- The starting band at the register, compared with the rest of this roster.
- Starting restock
- The starting band at the shelves, compared with the rest of this roster.
Every worker the tool can compare
The published roster, in the order it becomes available.

Starting is not final
Employees gain experience on the tasks they are given, so a trained worker in your save may outperform the starting bands shown here. This tool compares starting data only.
Worker comparison questions
- Which worker is best in TCG Card Shop Simulator?
- There is no single best worker. Starting checkout, starting restock, unlock level, hiring fee and daily wage trade off against each other, and training can change actual performance. Compare the workers that fit the job you need help with. Browse all workers
- Who has the strongest starting checkout rating?
- The comparison table and the Key differences list name the worker, or the tied workers, with the strongest starting checkout band. Sort workers by checkout
- Who has the strongest starting restock rating?
- The same two surfaces answer it for restocking, and a tie is reported as a tie rather than broken with a tie-breaker. Sort workers by restock
- Do workers improve after hiring?
- Yes. Workers gain skill on the tasks they are assigned, so the starting bands shown here are a baseline rather than final performance. How workers differ
- Does this tool use trained worker stats?
- No. This comparison uses verified starting worker data only. Skill levels from your own save are not read, and not estimated.
- Does reaching the required level hire the worker?
- No. Meeting the level requirement only means the worker is available at your level. The hiring fee and the daily wage still apply.
